What does the rent cover?

The rent covers all utility bills, including electricity, gas, water and unlimited broadband internet.

How much rent do I pay over summer?

You get 1 month (July) of free rent if you are not occupying the property during that time. You may keep your belongings in the house during this time.

Am I liable for the house rent if my house-mates don't pay or drop out?

No. You are only responsible for your own rent.

Does the landlord keep my deposit?

No. The deposit is held by the independent Deposit Protection Service. This will be returned to you in full provided you leave the house as you found it.

How do I reserve a house?

To reserve a house you sign the tenancy agreement and pay the deposit. Please see the property page for the deposit amount to be paid.
